Refunds & Returns Policy – Calm Cozy Home

At Calm Cozy Home, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Since we sell digital products that are available for instant download, our refund and return policy works a little differently than for physical goods.

1. Digital Product Policy

All of our products—eBooks, courses, printables, checklists, and guides—are digital downloads.
This means:

• No physical product will be shipped.

• You will receive instant access after payment.

• Because digital products cannot be “returned”, all sales are final.

2. No Refunds After Purchase

Once your order is processed and the files are delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This is because the product has already been sent to you in full and cannot be “un-downloaded.”

3. Exceptions

We may offer a refund or replacement only in the rare case of:

• Duplicate purchases made in error.

• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing your files (and we cannot resolve them for you).

If you believe your situation qualifies, please email us within 7 days of purchase at admin@calmcozyhome.com with your order details.

4. Responsibility for Downloading & Storage

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Ensure you have the correct software/apps to open and use the files.

• Download and save your purchase promptly after receiving the email.

• Back up your files to avoid loss.
